Iapsales LLC is a family owned and operated business with thoughts about telemarketers, Spam artist etc. are similar to yours. Thus, our creed is simple “do onto others, as others do unto you”. We will never share or sell your personal information, including your email address, to other Companies for any reason, except as required by law.
Our primary means of protection is SSL technology, which encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card data, and prevents it from being intercepted over the Internet. Finally, Of Course, if you still don’t feel comfortable sending your credit card information over the Internet, you can always order by phone.

What information do we gather?

We respect your privacy. Any information gathered iapsales.com LLC will be kept private. We will not share, or sell your information to anyone except when required by law. Orders placed online are placed through a secure server for your protection. Iapsales.com is hosted with tokias.com and uses SSL encryption technology when gathering information during the ordering process. Your credit card number is not kept with your online registration and must be re-entered during future orders for your protection.
To ship your order we must give your address to the shipper (UPS or the Post Office for instance) and in most cases we also provide your telephone number to UPS to contact you in case they have trouble delivering your package for any reason. You may request that we do not provide your telephone number if desired, however it may delay the delivery of your order.
We use cookies on our site to improve your browsing experience and as technically required. We track paths taken through our site in order to improve our site for your shopping experience only. When you purchase products, or request information from iapsales.com, your email address (along with your other information) is completely confidential. We do not sell, or give away your email address to anyone (except when required by law). We use your email address to contact you regarding your order, or request. If you select ‘yes’ in the order process to receive our monthly newsletter we will send you our monthly newsletter and you are free to unsubscribe at any time. Again, we NEVER sell, rent, or share our customer’s email addresses.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We only charge you what we are charged for shipping – no more.
Once we receive your order it take’s 24-72 hours from our desk to one of our national warehouses, including their order entry, packing and shipping. Unfortunately some warehouses are slower than others.
We have found that products shipping from coast to coast will take up to 7 business days by ground… On average ground shipments take 2-5 business days
WHAT IF MY PURCHASE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
From time to time products will be damaged during shipment. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and note any damages to the box or product on the delivery ticket before signing for it. If damage is severe, please refuse the product and contact us immediately, with the above confirmation number. If when you open the package you find concealed damage, call us immediately. Concealed damage MUST be reported within 5 days of receipt. Our customer service department will file a claim with the carrier. Please note that every shipment is fully insured. You may choose to receive a refund or exchange. However, if you request a refund, a restocking fee may apply.
Orders returned to us due to a bad address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. If a returned order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
